铝镍钴永磁体分为铸造与烧结两种，铸造工艺的产品性能较高，烧结工艺的产品加工简单，可压制成不同形状。铝镍钴产品的最高工作温度可达到400摄氏度，并且有很强的抗腐蚀能力，一般不用表面凃层。此种磁体广泛的应用于仪器仪表及一些温度稳定性要求较高的领域内。
